Robbie Fulks Adds More Hideout Residency Shows!
Great news… if you missed Robbie Fulks’ residency shows at the Hideout last month – or even if you didn’t – you’ve got a second chance to catch him playing some very intimate, special shows next month!
According to Robbie’s website, he’s going to be playing three special Monday residency shows at the Hideout in April. Specifically:
Mon., 4/5: “1970s country with the Hoyle Brothers”
Mon., 4/19: duo with “mystery guest from Texas”
Mon., 4/26: “banjo wars with Greg Cahill”
Note that none of these shows are up on the official Hideout calendar yet, so things could change. I’d be especially careful about the 4/26 date, since Robbie’s site lists both a Hideout show and a SPACE show (in Evanston) on that date. Edited to add: They’re up!
Either way, though, I’m excited to get a chance to see him again. I only ended up making it out to one of his residency shows last month, and I’ve been kicking myself ever since.
