This Week in Chicago (Feb. 8-14)
… And we’re back.
Sorry for the silence on the blog the last few weeks. I was pretty consumed with campaign work for most of the latter half of January (and the beginning of February), and didn’t have much in the way of free time to devote to the blog. However, now that the primaries are over, things are essentially back to normal, so hopefully the blog will be too.
Anyway, here’s what’s going on in Chicago this week in terms of shows. Not a huge week, at least in terms of stuff I’m looking forward to, but it looks like I’ll probably hit at least 3 shows (Robbie Fulks, Those Darlins and Fucked Up). As a life-long Genesis geek, I may actually try for the Musical Box/Fucked Up two-fer on Saturday. Maybe.
As always, my picks are in bold.
