Rushing out the door to watch some football and then see Reigning Sound tonight, so for now just a couple of pics from last night’s Bottomless Pit show at the Hideout. They were, unsurprisingly, fantastic, though the set was far too short (45 minutes-ish). Hope this show portends more in the future.

Color me jealous. Were you treated to many/any new songs?
I’m embarrassed to say that I’m not quite sure. I know the first EP and LP really well, but for whatever reason haven’t listened to the Congress EP as much as I ought to have. I -think- there were a few new tunes played last night, but some of the ones I wasn’t quite familiar with were probably from Congress.
I also just discovered that they apparently did another Chicago show just a few weeks ago that I had no idea about. Annoying.
