Alright… so I think I’ve finally finished my schedule for SXSW.

Of course, this presumes that nothing will change between now and when I get to Austin, and I seriously doubt if that will be the case. Set times will get switched, bands will cancel, etc. Oh, and none of the set times for the Rachael Ray party on Saturday (Hold Steady, Thermals, Ra Ra Riot, Airborne Toxic Event) have been announced yet, so that may have an impact on my Saturday as well.

And then, of course, there are the game-time decisions that get made. Do I trek across town to see a band that I’d scheduled, or do I go with a friend to a closer venue to catch a band I’ve never heard but they recommend? Do I decide that instead of going to see Band A tonight, I’ll catch them tomorrow at their day party instead? Am I really so drunk that I’m actually enjoying this Tinted Windows song?

You get the point.

Anyway, here’s my schedule. You can even see where we’re planning to eat for lunch each day. Lucky you.

Oh, and bands in bold are bands that I think I’m planning on seeing. All of the other, non-bolded bands are “backup” possibilities that I might see depending on circumstances.

Also, there are probably some repeats in there, since I haven’t done a side-by-side comparison of the days yet. My bolding was based purely on bands I wanted to see, and their relative locations, each day. As a result, I think I have myself seeing The Pains of Being Pure at Heart multiple times, and maybe others. I doubt there are many bands that I will need to see multiple times, so there will be changes made.
